Disagree with Dignity Fall Virtual Intensive
This 120-minute workshop, developed in partnership with multiple offices across Rutgers, equips academic and administrative leaders with the skills to navigate workplace conflict in ways that center dignity, care, and clarity. Through reflection, case studies, and practical tools, participants will learn to identify root causes of conflict—such as role ambiguity and trust breakdowns—while developing communication strategies that promote respectful dialogue and model constructive leadership. The session emphasizes normalizing conflict as a necessary part of organizational life and helps leaders build a culture of trust, accountability, and connection across differences.
